Ordered 3 pizzas for the family but the one unfortunately came with mushrooms added when not requested which I am allergic to. Rang the store and they were brilliant, a new pizza was delivered within 25 minutes. All pizzas (not the incorrect one), and additional sides of chicken wings and strips were cooked perfectly and tasted amazing. Thanks so much team for rectifying the error so professionally
The best pizza locally, usually order and collect, pizza is always ready quickly and deals on the app or website mean prices are great. I have had countless orders made, my kids love pizza, eveytime the the pizza and ideals have been great, I have had no reason to complain.
Went to Risca Park for a walk and quietness. Needed to rest my mind so popped into Dominos for food. Lovely food.
I'm a driver at the Risca branch and I get nothing but praise from satisfied customers who always comment on the punctuality and the delivery timing and how hot the food is. All I see is negative comments (which helps us to improve) and not the any praise we all at the branch sometimes deserve. It would be nice to see good feedback both when we get it right, when it's good and when we don't quite get it right (which helps our team to improve) . Come on guys, we can't be bad all the time!! Basically what I'm trying to say, post if not a good service (which helps us to improve) but also post when we provide a good service and get it right, we are always trying to improve and we won't be happy until we get it right 100%, but just be fair guys. After a good nite in the Fox & Hounds Could not resist going in for their hot chicken wings in Frank's hot sauce, just like they are at TJ Fridays and they were just as good, diet took back place tonight
